1) Provide Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the intake process. This includes all personal details, financial information, mortgage instructions (if applicable), and any relevant documents required for the transaction.
2) Timely Communication: You agree to respond promptly to any requests for additional information or documentation from Nungisa Law. Timely communication helps prevent delays in the transaction process.
3) Engage in the Due Diligence Process: You are responsible for conducting your due diligence, including reviewing all property-related documents, inspecting the property, and addressing any issues or concerns before the closing date.
4) Financial Preparedness: Ensure that you have arranged for the necessary financing and are prepared to meet all financial obligations related to the transaction, including down payments, closing costs, and any other associated fees.
